Last updated: May 2025. These Terms of Service govern your use of The Business Circles membership and website at thebusinesscircles.com. By joining as a member or using this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

The Business Circles (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a structured networking membership for founders and entrepreneurs. Members gain access to weekly Thursday networking sessions (2:00 PM – 3:00 PM GMT) featuring breakout rooms, curated introductions, peer matching, and hot seat formats. Session format and timing are subject to change with reasonable notice.

2. Membership Tiers and Pricing

We offer three monthly membership tiers:

• Starter — £99 per month. Access to weekly Thursday sessions and core networking features.
• Pro — £199 per month. All Starter benefits plus priority introductions and additional session formats.
• VIP — £499 per month. All Pro benefits plus direct access to founders, private strategy sessions, and VIP-only events.

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change with 30 days’ written notice.

3. Payment and Billing

Membership fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis via Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Payment card details are held and processed by Stripe in accordance with their privacy policy and PCI DSS standards. We do not store payment card information.

If a payment fails, we will attempt to contact you. Continued failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting us at team@thebusinesscircles.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months. Once a monthly period has been paid, access continues until that period ends.

We reserve the right to cancel a membership at our discretion if a member breaches these Terms of Service. In the event of termination for breach, no refund will be issued for the remaining billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

Membership is for professional networking purposes only. Members agree to:

• Engage respectfully with other members during sessions.
• Not use sessions for unsolicited sales pitches, spam, or mass solicitation of other members outside the session context.
• Not share confidential information disclosed by other members without consent.
• Not misrepresent their identity, business, or credentials during sessions.
• Comply with all applicable laws during their use of the membership and sessions.

We reserve the right to remove any member from a session or terminate membership for violation of these conduct standards without refund.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Business Circles provides a networking platform. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes, revenue, introductions, partnerships, or results from membership. Networking outcomes depend on the member’s own efforts, connections, and circumstances. All membership benefits are provided on a best-efforts basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Business Circles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the membership or website. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total membership fees paid by you in that period.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on thebusinesscircles.com — including text, design, logos, and structure — is owned by or licensed to The Business Circles. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the membership after changes constitutes acceptance.
